"A lot of times people look at the negative side of what they feel they can't do.
I always look on the positive side of what I can do." -- Actor Chuck Norris
You have heard it many times -- exercise might be the best medicine for fighting the symptoms of PD. Unfortunately many people can't seem to find a fitness routine they enjoy. For others, the word fitness is akin to an unpleasant four-letter word! We encourage you to try Rock Steady Boxing College Station. Our family of PD fighters have discovered that a heavy dose of camaraderie along with a healthy helping of fun allows them to fight back against PD with exercise.
